Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancelling a monthly web care and maintenance plan.

Care plans are month to month

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email jon@jmvgrowthsystems.com before your next monthly billing date. Your plan ends at the close of the current paid month and you are not billed again.

What happens when a plan ends

You keep your domain, your content, your brand assets, and your own Google accounts. On request, we provide a copy of your website’s content and images so nothing is lost. Your finished website was delivered for your full use upon final payment; the underlying source code and architecture remain JMV Growth Systems LLC property and are not transferred. If maintenance and hosting were part of your plan, we coordinate an orderly handoff of your domain and content so your site can continue elsewhere.
