Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for website projects and for monthly web care plans.

Website projects

Your deposit reserves your project slot and pays for the time we set aside for it. Once discovery or design work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refunded minus a small administrative fee. The final balance is due before your site goes live, so once a site has launched there is nothing left to refund.

Care plans

Web care and maintenance plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your next charge stops. The current month is not refunded or prorated, because that month’s work has already been performed. There is no long-term contract.

Before a dispute

If anything about a charge looks wrong, please email jon@jmvgrowthsystems.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card company. We will always work it out directly and quickly.
