Terms of Service

JMV Growth Systems LLC (“JMV,” “we,” “us”) is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Little Rock, Arkansas, owned and operated by Jonathan Viguerie. These terms cover our services: website design and development, web care and maintenance plans, and Google Business Profile and social media management.

Scope and quotes

Every project’s scope and price are agreed in writing before any work begins. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before we start it.

Payment

Website projects are billed with a deposit to reserve your project and start work, and a final balance. The final balance is due before your site goes live on your production domain.

What you own

You own and keep your domain name, your content, your brand assets, and your own Google accounts (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile) at all times. When your final payment is received, you receive full use of your finished, live website.

What we retain

The underlying source code, architecture, and development systems that produce our websites remain the intellectual property of JMV Growth Systems LLC. They are licensed for your use as a live website, not sold or transferred.

Care plans

Web care and maintenance plans are billed monthly and described on our site. You can cancel at any time; see our Cancellation Policy.
