This website keeps data collection to the minimum needed to run it and to hear from you. It uses no advertising trackers and sets no advertising cookies. The two ways it receives information are described below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, roughly what part of the country they come from, and what kind of device they are on. To do this it stores a single first-party analytics cookie on your device, used only to measure site usage. We do not enable advertising features, so no advertising cookies are set and no cross-site advertising identifiers are used. The data we see is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your name, business name, phone, email, and message — along with basic information about how you reached the site, such as a campaign tag on the link you clicked or the site that referred you. We use this only to respond to you and discuss working together. We do not sell, rent, or share it. If you email jon@jmvgrowthsystems.com or call (501) 744-4417 instead, we receive whatever contact details and message you provide, and use them the same way.

If this changes

If this site later changes how it collects or uses information — for example, enabling advertising features or adding new tracking — this policy will be updated to describe exactly what changes before those features go live.
